How it Works
The price listed is for the item only. Shipping is not included and will be quoted separately after checkout. You’ll need to pay for the item upfront, and we’ll then be in touch to confirm delivery costs.

If you’d like an estimated shipping quote before placing your order, feel free to get in touch — we’re happy to help.

If, after receiving the final shipping quote, you decide not to go ahead with delivery, that’s absolutely fine — we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

London Deliveries
Delivery within London is charged by area. We’ll confirm the cost once we know your postcode, or you’re welcome to collect from our studio by appointment.

UK Shipping
For areas outside London, we use third-party couriers. Costs usually range from £50–£120, depending on location. We'll confirm this with you after purchase.

International Orders
We’ll calculate shipping after checkout and confirm costs before dispatch. Please note: customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We offer a full refund for any unwanted items purchased via the ThreeTwenty website.

Items must be returned undamaged and it will be your responsibility to pay for the return delivery costs. You have 14 days to decide to return the item and contact us directly, we aim to process returns within 5 working days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once approved. You may not receive a refund if the item is not received back in its original condition. ThreeTwenty is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
